Information from website visits

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver and secure the website.

We have not added analytics scripts, advertising trackers, account forms or payment forms to this site.

The Halo example

The example on the Halo page uses fixed text and fixed answers in your browser. It does not read your tabs, upload webpages, send your question to an AI service or collect payment details. It is not the released Halo extension.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, provide support, resolve requests and keep necessary business records.

Messages sent to our domain email addresses are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google process email as part of providing those services. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Cookies and browser storage

This static website does not set application cookies or use local storage for accounts, tracking or personalisation. Our hosting provider may use technical measures needed to deliver the website or protect it from abuse.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate their services. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.

We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any associated business or legal obligations. Hosting and email providers may retain their own operational records under their policies.

Your requests

Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided to us. We may need enough information to confirm that the request relates to you. Legal obligations and provider-held records can affect what we can delete.

Future accounts, payments and Halo

Accounts, subscriptions, renewal emails and the released extension will require additional information about their data handling. We will update this policy and provide relevant product disclosures before those features become available.
