Cancellation and refund policy

Current position

Halo is in development, and LittleToolz is not accepting purchases, collecting subscription payments or renewing paid plans through this website. There is currently no paid plan to cancel.

If you see an unexpected charge

If you believe a charge is connected with LittleToolz or Primeox, email [email protected] with the payment date, amount, currency and transaction reference. We will investigate the details you provide. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or OTPs.

Planned cancellation process

Before subscriptions launch, we will publish instructions for cancelling future renewals, the cancellation deadline, and how cancellation affects access during the current paid period. A customer will see the recurring payment conditions before authorising a subscription.

Refund conditions before paid launch

Before accepting payment, we will publish refund eligibility, how to request a refund, the request period, and expected processing times. Those conditions are not finalised yet. Please do not treat the target pricing or demonstration as an active paid offer.

Any rights available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Digital products and shipping

Our planned tools and assets are delivered digitally. Physical shipping, returns by post and cash on delivery do not apply. Access and delivery details will be provided for each product before purchase.
