A queue you can follow
Create supported file-copy tasks and see which are waiting, running, verifying or in need of review. Uncertain results are surfaced for attention.
Windows desktop app
Queue file-copy tasks, follow their progress and check the results without watching the same window all day.
The idea behind Wemo
Wemo is a Windows task supervisor being developed around a practical first workflow: copying files and checking the result. Its development build brings the queue, progress and verification evidence together, so a finished copy is not confused with a verified result.
Who it is for
For Windows users moving large folders, creators organising media and anyone who wants a clearer view of long file-copy jobs.
Inside the development build
Capabilities documented in the development build. Public availability is still to be announced.
Create supported file-copy tasks and see which are waiting, running, verifying or in need of review. Uncertain results are surfaced for attention.
Follow observed copy progress. Speed and remaining time depend on the copy method and available evidence; unreliable estimates are labelled accordingly.
Inspect file and folder checks, including SHA-256 content verification in the development build. Copy completion and verification are shown separately.
Choose a local start time and a missed-run policy. Windows must be awake and the user logged in for the documented scheduling workflow.
The development build supports optional outbound Telegram reports. Sending alerts is separate from the local copy process.
Failures, interrupted work and uncertain outcomes call for review. Wemo does not treat every stopped process as a successful task.
The workflow
Select a source, destination and supported copy options.
Run the queue or choose when a supported task should start.
Check the copy outcome and verification results; resolve anything needing attention.
Know the scope
Wemo is focused on operations you deliberately submit. It does not promise to monitor every application, preserve an atomic snapshot of changing source files, or execute tasks while the PC is powered off. Avoid editing files while a copy is being verified.
Wemo is not available to purchase on this website. We will publish availability, supported features and final terms before launch.
