ZeroBloatPdf privacy policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
ZeroBloatPdf is provided by LittleToolz, operated by Primeox. Contact: [email protected].
100% Local, on-device processing
ZeroBloatPdf is architected from the ground up as a zero-bloat, local-first utility. Whether you use the standalone desktop application on Windows or macOS, or run the Chrome browser extension, all PDF rendering, parsing, page manipulation, text extraction, annotation, redaction, compression, and watermarking happen entirely in memory on your own computer.
ZeroBloatPdf does not transmit, upload, stream, or replicate your PDF documents, extracted text, exported images, or document metadata to any remote server, cloud storage provider, or third-party service.
Information we do not collect
ZeroBloatPdf does not collect, record, or track:
- The contents, filenames, metadata, or paths of any files you open or process.
- Your browsing history, network activity, or visited URLs.
- Analytics, user telemetry, diagnostic usage metrics, or error tracking beacons.
- Personal identifying information, device IDs, or advertising identifiers.
Browser extension permissions and data handling
The ZeroBloatPdf Chrome extension operates with minimal Manifest V3 privileges. Clicking the extension action icon opens the studio in a dedicated tab on your device. The extension does not inject content scripts into your active browser tabs, does not intercept web traffic, and does not require broad host permissions.
Any temporary files generated during page export (such as High-DPI PNG images or Markdown files) are saved directly through your browser's standard download manager to your chosen local folder.
Desktop application security
The desktop application runs using the native operating system Webview runtime (WebView2 on Windows, WebKit on macOS) combined with a local Go PDF engine. The application binds exclusively to the local system and does not establish external network listeners or outbound background connections.
Chrome Web Store User Data Policy compliance
Our handling of user data strictly complies with the Google Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- We only use local permissions necessary to deliver user-facing PDF manipulation features.
- We do not sell, rent, monetize, or transfer user data or document contents to third parties.
- We do not use or transfer user data for personalized advertising, credit assessment, or lending purposes.
